Our Surrey facility offers outdoor vehicle storage and can accommodate requests for 24 hour access. 

There are stalls available in the following sizes:
9x16 – standard parking stall
9x20 – standard oversized parking stall
10x30 – recreational vehicles or trucks up to 28’
10x40 – recreational vehicles or trucks up to 38’

Rental Requirements for outdoor storage:

• Vehicles are measured by onsite staff to confirm size prior to rental
• Copy of ICBC registration for the vehicle being stored (registered owner must be renter)
• Copy of ICBC (or third party) storage policy if applicable
• All of the above for alternate vehicles being parked and full disclosure of those vehicles
• Vehicles in disrepair will not be accepted
• Vehicles cannot be worked on or repaired at the facility

* Note that Coquitlam, Langley and Mission facilities do not offer outdoor storage.
