At King George Self Storage Ltd. we are committed to protecting your private information. Our staff value and respect your privacy and will only collect private information that is required in order to operate our business in an efficient and productive manner.

Information we may request to obtain storage with our company would include but not be limited to the following; First and last name – allows us to complete your lease agreement. Address – allows us to complete your lease agreement and provide you with any information related to the lease of your unit. Phone – allows us to complete our lease agreement and contact you in the event of an emergency, promotion or account deficiency. Alternate contact names and phone numbers – allows us to complete our lease agreement and provides us with an alternate contact in the event of an emergency or account deficiency. Credit Card # and expiry (if applicable) – allows us to process payments on your behalf either at the time of lease or with permission on a monthly basis. Email address – allows us to have an alternate form of contacting you if are unavailable by phone.

All customer information is kept in a secured filing cabinet only accessible by appointed management and staff.  Information is kept for the term of the lease and then archived for tax purposes. Documents not required are shredded.
